Be honest and upfront
The thing you can do for relationships with Campbell personal trainers is to be honest about what you need and what you can do. This will help your trainer formulate a realistic plan for your body type and needs. If you aren't honest, you may end up with a plan that's not enjoyable and also harmful.
You will want to disclose any medical conditions, any injuries that you've had in the past, as well as any dislikes you have about exercise in general. This is supposed to be a positive experience for you and in order for the trainer to be able to help you reach your goals, they need to know everything about you.
Tell them when it hurts
Too often, we believe that Campbell personal trainers would never make us do anything that is harmful for us, so we grin and bear it through painful movements. Instead, you need to be willing and able to speak up about things that might be hurting you so that your trainer can adjust your movement or stop it entirely.
If you let something hurt you, you might be doing irreparable damage to your body. The trainer should be able to adjust movements for you so that they're not painful, but you'll have to let them know.
Talk about new goals
When you feel you are ready to move up in your fitness, let Campbell personal trainers know. They will be glad to add more to your workout and help you improve where you feel you can. This relationship should be an interaction between the two of you.
You should be able to tell the trainer when you need more to do or less to do because you're paying them to create something based on your needs.
