There are also a number of yoga books that will allow you to learn the basics of positions and even some salutation routines. Related to this workout is anything to do with martial arts, so trying out a Tae Kwon Do or kick boxing class, for example, is another alternative.
Not just for dancers
Pilates used to be just something that was a trend in Mountain View fitness, but then it became a regular staple.
